Influencer Strategy

Desired Results:
By 2028, dyslexia students will use technology applications to practice diacritical coding skills learned in therapy a minimum of twice a week.

Vital Behaviors:

  1. Plan for Tech: Therapists will plan for students to use technology applications for students to practice diacritical coding at least twice a week.

  2. Track Data: Therapists will use both application data and classroom data to track students' code and read skills.

  3. Collaborate: Therapists will collaborate regarding students’ progress from integrating new technology into their therapy practice and share ideas for how to make the integration better.

Organizational Influencers:
Therapists and CALT-QI’s that also have a technology passion and are interested in incorporating more technology into their therapy practices. The dyslexia therapy world is relatively small and people talk.  If something is successful for a small group it will spread. Part of my innovation plan is to develop a feedback committee to try out the application with their students. Ideally, this group would then in turn be able to speak to the success of the app.
